Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo) have appointed Adam Wooldridge Volt UK Director as their new Group IT Sector Co-Chair. Read more here.
Adam will be Co-Chairing the APSCo 'In the frame IT Sector' online forum 25th May 2021 at 2pm.
Faisel Choudhry MVO, will join the meeting to talk about “Unconscious Bias” and its relevance within the recruitment sector. This will be followed by a Q&A/group discussion.
This will be followed by an open discussion led by Adam Wooldridge focusing on the new technology trends which could affect our sector. The world of IT recruitment faces additional challenges in the face of new, emerging and high growth technology trends such as AI, RPA, Big Data and Cyber Security, skillsets that are set to be high on the client agenda of demands moving forwards. How do we as recruitment professionals look to meet that demand and work with our clients to solve their hiring challenges in these highly candidate-driven verticals?
Discussion will be on where we see the future gaps with the talent supply and share collective experiences of how companies can look to meet rising demand to new technology trends in the face of limited supply.
