The Volt Belgium/Brussels staffing team is responsible for providing consultative recruitment solutions to both new and existing clients within the BeNeLux area - We are running a Sales Recruitment Trainee Program for September 2021 in Brussels and are seeking 5 future top performers!
Our Sales Recruitment Trainee Program consists of a on-the-job training program where you will be coached and mentored by our subject matter experts on the following areas:
- General IT knowledge
- General Corporate culture
- Social Media
- Sales and Recruitment tools
- Candidates screening and interviewing
- Sales & Negotiation
Ideal candidates must be:
- Dynamic
- Natural born communicators
- Target driven
- Eager to succeed
Background and criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree at minimum or a sales mindset
- 2 years of experience maximum
- Genuine interest on IT technologies
- Very good English
- Fluent command of French and/or Flemish (at least one)
After the program, we will go through an evaluation to define what type of role would suit you better within our company. We offer a permanent employment contract and a full training program in a young and multinational environment.
