by charlotte gurney

Ben Batten, Senior VP & Managing Director for Volt International is joining global leaders as an APSCo panelist on their DE&I Forum, 14th September 11am GMT.

The purpose of the session is to discuss current DE&I thinking and offer support to members on how they can make progress.

APSCo Global members will be attending this meeting to understand what other members are doing to progress their Diversity, Equity & Inclusion plans, and obviously as a panel discussion, this makes it more interactive / engaging.  Ben will be talking about the work that Volt are doing and where we are at on our own DE&I journey.

Key take-aways:

-The practical steps that you can apply to your business to move forward with DE&I

-How do you best engage your employees around DE&I

-What new or emerging issues are you seeing in the field of DE&I

-How are clients responding to DE&I and what additional expectations do they have of recruitment businesses
