Location: Stevenage
A fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated Cell Therapy Manufacturing Technologist to lead a team to manufacture genetically engineered T-Cell products within a manufacturing group. You will work in a clinical staged cell therapy biotech who are the first company in the world to reduce a solid tumour by 50% in a certain type of cancer through the use of T-Cells.
Responsibilities
*Focus on Production schedules, validation, production improvement projects, technology transfer processes and facility development
*Working within a clean room environment to produce T Cell products according to the FDA, EU and MHRA regulations.
*Carrying manufacturing activities, material transfer stock management, cleaning and maintaining equipment
*Compliant within quality management and GMP systems
*Preparation of written documents including reports, GMP documentations, manufacturing protocols.
Requirements
*Degree in life sciences field
*1 year experience within 1 GMP manufacturing
*Knowledge of MHRA/FDA regulations, aseptic techniques and working in a cleanroom environment
*T cell/mammalian cell culture experience
