Digital Marketing Specialist B2B

our client has millions of customers and that is fantastic. But - and there is a but - we still have a lot of work to do. To achieve our ambitions of being the reference Telco in Europe & act as a true digital service provider for entrepreneurs & small enterprises, we need to keep innovating.
With our B2B Local Digital Marketing initiative, we want to become the one-stop shop for local entrepreneurs to develop & evolve their digital marketing strategy. Do you want to be part of the team that will be building the digital service offer for small enterprises of the future?

Specifically, you will participate in a squad with people from different teams (marketing, sales, communication etc...) The mission of your squad is to launch our one-stop digital marketing shop for Belgian Entrepreneurs.

In real start-up mode, your challenge is to conquer the Belgian B2B market and to convince as many small enterprises that our offer is the best way to build, boost & monitor their digital visibility, get high quality website visitors and convert them in the most efficient way.

Within your squad you will be the pivotal figure for e-commerce. You are end-to-end responsible for the execution and realisation of the go-to-market story & plan. Using growth hacking techniques, you will ensure that we continue to learn & improve our actions in order to achieve our ambitious launch goals.

You will have end-to-end impact by:
- Translating the go-to-market story into concrete actions and acquistion campaigns via digital channels such as Facebook, Display bannering, search & outbound calling
- Optimizing the user lifecycle by designing effective one-to-one communication journeys for brand new & existing customers
- Developing the digital campaigns assets & messages in collaboration with our advertising agency SILK or internal studio for both paid touchpoints (social, display, video, seo) and unpaid touchpoints (email, sms & pns)
- Develop & execute a lead generation strategy & action plan combining the most efficient digital marketing tactics available.
- Creating strong, seo driven Content Marketing, so we provide valuable information at relevant times to both users and prospects.
- Optimizing the performance of the digital campaigns and making sure every day that we convince consumers in the most efficient way

You have 2-3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
You are up-to-date with the latest digital marketing principles.
You have an advanced experience with digital campaigns (sea, seo, social, video & display)
Experience with growth marketing techniques such as campaign & landingpage A/B testing is a big plus.

You are open to change and enjoy trying out new concepts, methods and tools.
You believe that data never lies.
You like to explore the undiscovered areas of digital communication.
You have excellent presentation skills and you have great powers of persuasion.
You show leadership talent, have a healthy judgement and know how and when to take decisions or seek further advice.

Preferably you have a good knowledge of English, Dutch and French.
