The purpose of the role is to take responsibility for production of the facility under the direction of the Plant Manager. Complying with cleanroom manufacturing standards. responsible covers manufacturing Non-Clinical builds.
Ensure the supply of materials to and from the Cleanroom meets the build requirements along with goods received and goods dispatched. All production will use GMP standards to ensure the product meets clinical standards for future escalation to potential Clinical manufacture. ISO13485 will be the standard used in all processes.
Requirements/Qualifications
*Experience in leading production teams in a regulated industry environment.
*Cleanroom manufacturing experience.
*Experience in GMP.
*Knowledge and experience of using MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems or similar.
*Able to work as a part of a small team and understand the specific needs of the variation in the build schedule.
*Able to meet the continuous growth plans associated with the facility (shift flexibility if needed).
*ISO 13485 background is desirable.
