The brief is
*Currently bringing in a big NPI program, early stages but moving quickly. Costings done but looking to firm up quotations and engage suppliers on product designs and start developing production intent fixturing/ tooling. Individual projects range in value for $5K up to $1M, the job holder will be required to manage a range of projects concurrently, driven by complexity from charter to installation and final verification.
*These include but not limited to; Full robot enclosures. Production fixtures. Cranes, new products, new technology development. Using current technologies or new technologies. Within CPPD within NPI.
*Will be required to lead FMEA development, create; lift plans, standard work, risk assessments must be competent with Autocad / Creo. Will define technical specifications for new equipment that compliment machine tool specification.
*Understanding of welding processes critical. Understanding of machining desirable.
