The individual can be based from home 60% of the time but must be commutable to an EU office.
Essentially we need a strong administrator (ideally with recruitment or HR experience). They will be allocating vacancies, booking interviews across Europe, organising intake calls, responding to general enquiries.
The role holder will be responsible for taking on the process for paying invoices in relation to TA. Some experience of having responsibility for invoicing in a complex business setting would be advantageous. We do need some process putting in to place on this piece so that could promote a 'mini project' for the incumbent. also covering some general office duties in Belgium such as taking some calls and providing desk cover, it is important for this element to be mentioned also.
