In the "Journey to Cloud" tribe, the tribe responsible for driving the adoption of Alliance Cloud as the customer default of utilising the platform ; we are looking for an experienced product owner. He would have a solid technical background, and a passion to animate a squad to the best benefit of its members and to the benefit of our products.
He would join the Core Services and Integration squad, which plays a pivotal role in delivering quality releases for our brand new Alliance Cloud Platform.
Based in Belgium, he will be working as a member of a dynamic team that is responsible for end-to-end delivery - from customer requirements to operations.
He will have a unique opportunity to expand his reach in term of knowledge and network, and to build your expertise through our clients global platform.
The CSI squad is in charge , among others, of the following activity :
Driving the DEVOPS roadmap of the Alliance cloud product, ensuring a consistent "shift left" approach towards BIZDEVOPS squads
Providing the tools that supports the CI/CD processes, build the pipelines, ensure their easy adoption in the squads
Centralizing the activities required to ensure that our product remain compliant with our internal security guidelines
Facilitating the release management process to ensure flawless and regular releases of our Alliance cloud product to production
Supporting BIZDEVOPS squads in the Diagnosis and the debugging activities of environments
Coordinating the roll-out of compliance framework applicable to the alliance cloud product ( ISO27001, ISAE3000)
Liaising with the Infrastructure tribes to organize the technical evolution of the underlying components of the alliance cloud platform ( OpenShift, Network evolution, etc…)
What to expect
*You define and prioritizes squad backlog and adapts product roadmap based on captured indirect/direct inputs
*You adapt and communicate the vision of the squad, and translate it into quarterly objectives and key results with the squad members
*You prepare and run efficiently the Agile ceremonies of the squad
*You help squad members identifying and driving resolution of impediments and dependencies in a timely manner
*You identify risks and works towards mitigating them together
*You develop an inclusive approach that gains the trust and confidences of the squad and allows them to make decisions
*Motivate squad members to continuously push boundaries, set stretch targets and demonstrate ownership
*You will work on an application distributed across multiple data centers, with an architecture based on micro-services and synchronous replication.

*Knowledge of large-scale distributed application frameworks (Kafka, Zookeeper).
*Knowledge of Linux OS (RedHat).
*Knowledge of continuous delivery process and technologies (Jenkins, GIT, Maven, Jira, Docker, Kubernetes, Kibana, OpenShift, Ansible).
*Knowledge of databases (Elastic Search, Oracle, JDBC, H2, JPA) and data modelling.
*Knowledge of Kubernetes deployment tool like helm, terraform is a plus.
