Mission Context:
Our client, a leading company in the banking sector, is seeking a Business Analyst to support their instant payments regulatory initiatives. Within CMCC and Tribe Payments, the mission is to ensure compliance with instant payments regulation deadlines, which involves coordinating with various stakeholders and managing key projects, particularly related to bulk payments. This role focuses on aligning backend operations with the Instant Payments engine and ensuring seamless integration with channels delivering bulk payments for corporate clients.

Role Overview:
The Business Analyst will work closely with the Product Owner and will be responsible for engaging with multiple stakeholders to drive the successful delivery of the instant payments program. Key responsibilities include organizing and preparing workshops, translating business needs into functional requirements, and coordinating gap analysis, testing, and defect resolution with the relevant teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Engagement: Prepare agendas, lead discussions, and document outcomes for meetings and workshops with impacted business lines (local Cash Management, group functions, operations, etc.).
Requirements Gathering: Translate business requirements into clear, functional requirements for IT and OPS teams.
Project Coordination: Manage activities related to gap analysis, testing, and defect tracking in collaboration with the squad and Tribe Payments.
Qualifications and Skills:

Language Requirements:

French: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
English: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
Dutch: Knowledge is a plus.
Educational Background:

Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent by experience) in SEPA / instant payments analysis, regulatory initiatives, or related fields.
Travel Requirement:

Occasional travel to Paris (once per quarter).
Experience and Knowledge:

Mandatory:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in conceptual modeling techniques and methods.
Strong skills in MS Office.
Solid understanding of IS and testing processes.
Preferred:
Familiarity with agile methodologies.
Knowledge of instant payments processing.
