Job Title: Digital Senior Business/Functional Analyst
Location: 50% Onsite & 50% Remote

Mission Context
We are seeking a Digital Senior Business/Functional Analyst to join our client's TCC Tribe within the Insurance sector. This role requires identifying and analyzing the business needs, translating them into functional/technical requirements, and ensuring they are ready for implementation. The role serves as a crucial link between the IT delivery teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Requirements Management & Communication:
Ensure clear understanding of business needs, acting as the liaison between all stakeholders to guarantee satisfaction.
Roadmap Management & Issue Resolution:
Proactively manage the project roadmap, addressing risks, quality, and issues. Facilitate meetings and follow up on action items.
Business Solution Implementation:
Collaborate in developing practical and effective solutions for complex business challenges, especially in digital and marketing areas.
Impact Analysis:
Identify the impact of business specifications and system changes on both back-end and front-end processes, collaborating with process/change managers.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Foster strong relationships with business partners, IT departments, operations teams, and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth project delivery.
Agile Project Execution:
Collect, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed specifications for IT in a user-centric, agile manner.

Qualifications
Education: Master's degree or equivalent experience

Required Experience & Knowledge
IT/Business Analysis: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Digital Transformation Projects: Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment on digital projects.
Project Management Skills: Ability to manage and deliver projects within an Agile-Scrum framework.
Technical Acumen: Good understanding of IT solutions, ability to perform cost/benefit analysis, and understanding of workflow processes.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience in the Financial or Insurance industry.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
Strong IT affinity and eagerness to learn more about IT solutions.
