The Trainee Programme?
Recruitment is a highly rewarding, challenging and fast paced career! You will be provided comprehensive training to equip you with the skills to work effectively as a Consultant, covering the full life cycle of recruitment from leads gathering, sales and business development, candidate generation, research and marketing.
What Do We Require?
6-12 months sales experience in a target-driven environment, OR a recent university graduate
Entrepreneurial/commercial mindset
Ambitious, goal driven and resilient
Excellent communication skills; strong IQ and EQ
Honest and mature individual, with a willingness to learn
Full-Time. Offices based in Redhill, Surrey.
