Job Summary
Our client in the Insurance Sector is seeking a Legal Advisor to provide expert legal advice on social legislation and labor law. In this role, you will primarily support the Human Resources department, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and providing legal expertise on employment-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and expertise on social and labor law.
Monitor and advise on changes in social and labor legislation.
Offer legal support on social management within the company.
Provide HR legal support, particularly regarding employment contracts.
Assist in managing the company's consultation bodies (OR, CPBW, SD).
Contribute to the adaptation of labor regulations and other internal policies.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Master's degree in Law, with a specialization in social legislation.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a corporate lawyer, legal consultant, or practicing lawyer in social legislation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Knowledge of joint committees 337 and/or 200 is a plus.
