About the Role

Our client in the Financial Sector is seeking a CISO Organizational Development Specialist to support the development and implementation of people strategies within the Chief Information Security Office (CISO) division. This role focuses on enhancing workforce management, learning and development, employee engagement, and organizational transformation.

Location Requirements

Candidates should be based in a country where our client has offices (Belgium, France, UK, Netherlands).

UK-based candidates are only accepted if employed via an accredited umbrella company.

A minimum of 8 days per month on-site in Belgium is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development: Promote and oversee learning initiatives, ensuring employees acquire relevant technical, business, and soft skills.

Skills & Workforce Management: Develop strategies for recruitment, upskilling, reskilling, and mobility in collaboration with Business, IT, and Corporate HR.

Employee Engagement & Well-being: Drive initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, well-being, and professional growth.

Organizational Culture & Transformation: Foster a strong security culture and support organizational change efforts.

Project & Initiative Management: Oversee action plans and projects related to career development, goal setting, and skills improvement.

Workshops & Training Campaigns: Organize and facilitate learning campaigns, training sessions, and workshops for employees.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience in HR-related domains, including:

Recruitment

Workforce management

Learning and development

Strong understanding of security skills, IT technical and soft skills, and location transformation.

Solid grasp of key HR concepts such as recruitment, training, mobility, and upskilling.

Experience in organizational change management.

Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

Ability to communicate effectively and present to large audiences.

Skills & Competencies

Quick adaptability to the organization's structure and operations.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in professional English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to work effectively in an international environment.

Pragmatic mindset and comfort in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment.
