Job Title: Project Leader - Electrical Infrastructure

Location: Brussels, Belgium (Monnoyerkaai 3 - 1000 Brussel)Telework: Possible (partially onsite presence required due to secure networks)

Mission

The Project Leading Service will contribute to electrical infrastructure projects (380, 220, 150, 70, and 36 kV), specifically related to high-voltage substations, lines, and cables.

Key responsibilities include:

Involvement in projects from definition to closure: participation in defining, studying, designing, executing, and administratively closing projects.

Conducting technical studies, calculations, and guiding execution.

Developing and monitoring budgets and project planning while managing resources and customer requirements.

Preparing procurement dossiers and participating in the purchasing process.

Leading and coordinating on-site execution, collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, contractors, and customers.

Communicating project progress and reporting to stakeholders.

Depending on experience, tasks will be performed autonomously or under supervision. A comprehensive training package is available. The role operates within the infrastructure projects department.

After training, remote work is possible for two days per week. Projects and related sites are located across East and West Flanders. The role requires regular site visits, office presence (Schaarbeek), and remote work.

Requirements

Education & Experience

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, or equivalent through experience (Mandatory).

Professional experience in project planning and budget management.

Previous experience working on high-voltage infrastructure projects.

Number of completed projects and associated budgets should be detailed.

Experience in site supervision and/or project management is a plus.

Technical & Soft Skills

Strong interest in the energy sector.

Excellent communication skills with a proactive and customer-oriented approach.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Team-oriented with a creative and resourceful mindset.

Language Proficiency

Fluent in Dutch and French (Mandatory).

Additional Requirements

Valid driver's license (Mandatory).

Year of degree completion and place of residence should be specified.

Candidates must have a valid work permit and residence permit for Belgium (if applicable).

Additional Information

This role involves a combination of office work, site visits, and remote work.

Candidates must be willing to travel between project sites and the office.
