Within the Service Excellence Team, I am responsible for completing a variety of administrative duties which include; Data Administration. Data processing and reporting. The teams main focus is on contractor care, which includes 360° management of Innova's referred contractors. As an experienced administrative team, it is our job to reduce and minimise potential errors on the sales floor.
