A manufacturing client in Peterlee requires a Accounts Payable Analyst to join their team for 12 months initially onsite in Peterlee.
You will need experience in a manufacturing or goods in background. You will be supporting the finance and accounting team with processing and tracking invoices and payments for their suppliers.
Responsibilities will include:
Processing purchase invoices and credits for Accounts Payable
Supplier statement reconciliations and resolve differences.
Ensuring correct treatment of VAT
Manage invoice queries internally and externally.
Working closely with suppliers via telephone and email as well as internal departments.
Other administration duties as required.
Skills Required:
Must have previous finance experience
Experience in Accounts Payable would be an advantage
Excel - Including ability to create Formulas, V Lookups and Pivot Tables
SAP and Coupa would be beneficial
