Job Title: IT Business Analyst - Safety Domain

Mission Description:
As an IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for business analysis activities within internal business projects focused on the Safety Domain. This project aims to digitalize safety coordination processes, streamlining and enhancing safety operations. You will work alongside other contingent workers and internal staff to achieve these goals.
Service Description:
The core tasks for this role include:
Eliciting, analyzing, communicating, and validating business requirements.
Editing specifications and user acceptance criteria for tool selection, procurement processes, or tool development.
Controlling and validating the functional design developed by IT partners.
Conducting requirements testing and preparing User Acceptance Tests (UAT).
Documenting repository business processes, information concepts, user manuals, and training materials.
Providing support in data migration processes.
You will work closely with corporate business analysts, architects (business and IT), project management, and other business analysts to ensure project success.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst: You should have a proven track record of working on business analysis in IT projects, especially those involving safety processes or systems.
Experience in the Safety Domain:
Previous experience working on projects related to safety or safety coordination processes will be highly valued.
Knowledge of IREB (International Requirements Engineering Board):
Familiarity with IREB standards is necessary to align with the organization's requirements management approach.
Technical Skills:
ArchiMate, BPMN, and UML: These modeling languages are essential for defining and documenting business processes and systems architecture.
Sparx Enterprise Architect: Hands-on experience using Sparx EA for enterprise modeling and design is required.
Languages:
Excellent communication skills in French/Dutch
English proficiency in both oral and written communication is essential.
Additional Information:
Work Authorization: Candidates must hold a valid work permit and residence permit for Belgium.
