The Role:
This is a key role to join the senior team and contribute to the strategic planning and decision marking integral to the running of our client engagement team. You'll be running project teams committed to developing and delivering client objectives, while proactively and collaboratively ensuring the smooth running and deliver of numerous global stakeholders.

- Understanding and delivering the clients strategic needs, beyond immediate projects
- Managing client interactions, taking a lead role in project discussions
- Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development activities and client proposal planning, for both new and existing clients
- Managing and growing client accounts through project execution
- Leading and supporting highly complex projects

Requirements:
- 6+ years in a similar role
- Previous experience in project management role
- MSc, MBA, or PhD in life science subject
- Prior experience in mentoring and developing talent
