The Role

As a member of a scaling start-up you will be given the freedom to deliver against their overall business goals, work within a cross-functional team, engage with clients and build strong relationships. You'll set the foundation for our team to continue growing over the coming years and be working within a focused client success team to deliver against our client and partner projects.



Responsibilities

Subject matter expert on implementation projects, providing leadership, direction, and support to the team members to ensure project success.
Responsible for allocating resources, including personnel, equipment, and funding, to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure that project goals are aligned with overall company objectives, while maintaining contact with stakeholders to keep them informed about project progress and make sure that expectations are met.
Responsible for ensuring that projects related to financial technology are completed to a high standard of quality.
Identifies potential project risks related to financial technology and develops strategies to mitigate them.


Requirements

Fund accounting
SQL DB and query experience
Project management experience
Knowledge of private market (hedge funds, real estate, private placements) is useful but not required.
5+ years working experience or implementing complex financial services solutions.
CPA, CFA or similar qualifications preferred but not essential.
