Company Overview
Our client, a leading company in the insurance sector, is seeking a Program Manager to lead IT improvement projects. These projects are focused on project delivery, release & change management, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Change & Transformation and hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

Key Responsibilities
Primary Tasks:
Lead and manage diverse teams to achieve project objectives.
Define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Assign tasks and responsibilities across project teams.
Identify and manage risks and issues to ensure smooth delivery.
Define project scopes and align technical synergies between sub-projects.
Ensure compliance with standards and best practices across all projects.
Manage internal staff and external contractors.
Propose proactive technical solutions and innovations.
Provide clear and regular reporting on progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Establish a process for project reviews and implement lessons learned.
Foster a learning environment by sharing applied knowledge and tools.
Manage project budgets effectively.
Secondary Tasks:
Promote project management activities through positive communication and networking.
Maintain consistent communication with all stakeholders.
Resolve technical and non-technical conflicts.
Facilitate the operational functionality of project groups and stakeholder involvement.
Define roles and responsibilities for project teams and stakeholders.
Address feedback and manage deliverable changes based on customer requirements.
Qualifications
Non-Technical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask with minimal supervision.
Quick learner and self-motivated.
Customer-focused and results-oriented.
Well-organized with excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
High accountability and adaptability to change.
Proven expertise in stakeholder management.
Technical Skills:
Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience in IT Program/Project Management.
Demonstrated success in Change & Transformation initiatives.
Certified in PRINCE2, PMI, or other equivalent frameworks.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
IT Skills Requirements:
IBM Environment: Minimum 5 years of experience.
Project Management Tools: Proficiency in tools like Planview, MS Project (5 years).
Quality Assurance: Minimum 5 years of experience.
MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook proficiency.
Methodology/Certification Requirements:
Agile methodologies (5 years).
ITIL Foundation certification (5 years).
Proven project management certification (PRINCE2, PMI, PMBOK, etc.).
Languages:
Fluent in Dutch and French.
Excellent proficiency in English.
