Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic Salesforce squad. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and a strong understanding of Salesforce frameworks. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. We are looking for a proactive individual who can work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, install, and support application systems in line with product requirements.
Create, deploy, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines ensuring seamless development and release of software.
Apply automation, monitoring, and visualization across the architecture.
Work closely with developers and testers to ensure high-quality code deployment and operation.
Analyze problems, develop, and propose solutions while sharing knowledge with team members.
Prepare technical feasibility studies and estimates for proposed system solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and deliver presentations to team members, management, and customers.
Provide coaching and training to junior team members.
Estimate project timelines, report progress, and propose corrective actions when necessary.
Demonstrate customer-centricity by collaborating closely with internal customers.
Organize efficient handover processes through high-quality documentation and training.
Collaborate with engineers to innovate and implement the components of the design system.
Technical Skills & Tools:
Salesforce Development: Apex, Lightning, JavaScript
CI/CD & Change Management Tools: Confluence, Jira, Git, Jenkins, ServiceNow
Web Technologies: HTML, CSS, AJAX, Web Services, SOAP, REST
Salesforce Integration: Experience in integrating Salesforce with external applications, handling errors, security, and performance optimization.
DevOps & Agile Practices: Experience in branching strategies, continuous integration, testing, deployment, and monitoring in a scalable and reliable environment.
Additional Knowledge (Preferred): Marketing Cloud, CRM Analytics, Data Cloud, and experience with other Object-Oriented programming languages (e.g., Java, C++).
Qualifications & Experience:
5-10 years of IT development experience.
Salesforce certifications are a plus.
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and API integrations.
Ability to differentiate between out-of-the-box features and custom solutions.
Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Jira and Confluence.
Team player with the ability to collaborate across different time zones (Europe and APAC).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to understand complex situations and dependencies.
