Company OverviewOur client in the Telecommunications Sector is seeking a skilled Digital Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Analytics and capable of creating dashboards from scratch, rather than relying on existing templates.
Role OverviewAs a Digital Analytics Professional, you will be responsible for analyzing customer behavior and providing business insights for our client's websites and mobile applications. Your role includes managing and maintaining web analytics implementations to ensure accurate tracking, analysis, and reporting of core KPIs.
You will work closely with stakeholders to detect trends in user behavior and optimize the digital experience across various online business functions, including pre-sales, sales, servicing, and support.
Key Responsibilities
Understand digital business functionalities and identify pain points.
Translate business requirements into comprehensive tagging guidelines.
Develop dashboards in Adobe Analytics.
Conduct proactive analysis to uncover insights and trends.
Required Qualifications & Experience
2 to 5 years of experience in digital analytics.
Strong experience in creating Adobe Analytics dashboards.
Proven ability to provide data layer recommendations.
Technical Skills
Expertise in Adobe Analytics (complex segments, calculated metrics, etc.).
Familiarity with Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with Contentsquare is a plus.
Personal Attributes
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Passionate about digital business and analytics.
Highly motivated and eager to learn.
Language Requirements
Fluency in either FR/EN or NL/EN is required. Trilingual candidates are preferred.
