This week Volt International's internal teams have been involved in the external audit in relation to Volt's ISO 9001:2015 quality accreditation. This year was the 3-year recertification audit meaning it was more in-depth and comprehensive than the annual surveillance audits that happen in between the year and was even more interesting as it was conducted entirely via Zoom!
Volt International are delighted to confirm we have successfully passed and to quote the external auditor:
“A positive audit with a high number of good practices observed in relation to the documented procedures”
About ISO 9001
As an early adopter of the ISO 9001 standard in the recruitment industry (since 1993 when it was ISO 9002), Volt has achieved ISO 9001 which requires organisations to demonstrate that they do what they say they do, and that they have a Quality Management System in place to ensure consistency and improvement; leading to high levels of performance and customer satisfaction. Certified organisations such as Volt are committed to continuous improvement and are assessed to ensure progress is being maintained.Volt has always understood the importance of structured processes and data-driven decisions to deliver improvements to service levels. Volt's quality standards underpin every facet of the company's service, from improving customer satisfaction to invoicing efficiency and legislative compliance across Europe.
Team Effort
Our success in the audit this years is thanks to the efforts of individuals adhering to our Quality Procedures; without this continual commitment to providing a quality service and having the appropriate systems evidence to back up that we do what we say we do the audit outcome could have been very different.
A big thank you to the following people who alongside Belinda Hart, Volt's Quality Manager & Executive Assistant to Managing Director were individually involved in the audit this year, and proved that we are a quality organisation:-
