Enterprise legal & HR heads will have the opportunity to discuss issues affecting their businesses as Covid measures unwind.

- The latest government guidance regarding reopening

- Changing terms and conditions of employment – potential pitfalls and how to avoid them
- Dealing with tricky situations, including staff who refuse to come back to the workplace when you ask, refuse to agree to remote working or want (or maybe do not) to work from home on a permanent basis, Covid-19 whistleblowers etc
- Working from home/ remotely on a long-term basis – are you obliged to reimburse staff for costs incurred? If so, how much and what are the tax implications? What does it mean for salaries & allowances?
