Are you excited to contribute to transformative projects within the energy sector? Our client, a prominent player in Belgium's energy landscape, is seeking a Change Officer to join their Infrastructure division. This role is pivotal in supporting multiple transformation projects aimed at driving decarbonization, digitalization, and the adoption of agile practices. The successful candidate will work closely with the Knowledge & Competence team to ensure seamless transitions in processes, technology, and organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the current change management team to define, implement, and maintain the change framework and toolkit.
Support and execute change and communication strategies across projects with minimal resistance.
Develop and implement change plans, transformation roadmaps, and communication frameworks to support an agile and digital transformation within the organization.
Analyze the impact of organizational changes on personnel and contribute to effective change initiatives.
Partner with key transformation pillars-including core business, technology, and value assurance teams-to ensure seamless implementation.
Assist in formulating and activating an overarching training management strategy to equip staff for upcoming changes.
Key Requirements:

Education: Master's degree in Business Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Energy Engineering, Digital Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience with ADKAR Model: Demonstrated expertise in applying the ADKAR change management model; please indicate years of experience.
Change Management Expertise: Minimum of 3 years in change management with a deep understanding of change principles, methodologies, and execution.
Project Management Skills: Proven experience managing or supporting change management within business projects.
Language Skills: Fluent in French, Dutch, and English. The role requires communication with end-users in French and Dutch and handling project documentation in English.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week
