I'm working with a Small Healthcare Consultancy based in London that focuses on supporting the Biopharma industry on both commercial and clinical strategies. With an already exemplary client record of 98% client satisfaction and 95% client retention rate, this role will be working to continue its global goals.

The Role:
You'll work on supporting the client engagement team and running project teams committed to developing and delivering executable project outcomes.

- Understanding and delivering the clients strategic needs
- Managing daily interactions with client teams, and leading on project discussions and presentations
- Contributing to account planning processes
- Management of junior business analysts, supporting them on setting objectives, development plans, mentoring and their overall growth

Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in consultancy
- MSc, PhD, MBA in a life science subject
- Previous project management experience
- Experience with either market research, MA or competitive intelligence
