Division Overview:Our client operates in the Financial Sector and is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for their Identity and Access Management (IDAM) Tribe, part of the Cyber Information Security Office (CISO) Division. This division is responsible for managing and securing access to the IT infrastructure, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and enabling seamless and secure user access. The IDAM Tribe oversees user lifecycle management, privileged access management, infrastructure management, and security advisory services.
Role Overview:The Senior Business Analyst plays a critical role in delivering new systems or enhancing existing ones. This includes gathering requirements, defining processes, and ensuring the effective implementation of IAM solutions. The role requires expertise in IAM frameworks, automation, and security protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Project Lead in defining the scope of IAM initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
Gather and document business and functional requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness.
Define clear acceptance criteria and test cases to validate solutions.
Identify opportunities for automation in IAM processes, leveraging tools such as CyberArk and ServiceNow.
Build business cases with well-defined benefits to support funding for automation initiatives.
Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for new IAM implementations.
Collaborate with Business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
Document business processes using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) tools.
Identify inefficiencies in IAM procedures and propose optimization strategies.
Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders through clear and concise reports.
Define and support solution integration, implementation, and migration strategies.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration between business units, IT teams, and key contributors throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and execute test strategies to validate IAM implementations.
Update internal and external documentation, including SOPs and training materials.
Ensure operational readiness and smooth adoption of IAM solutions.
Adhere to company methodologies for documentation and process management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, with a strong background in IAM.
In-depth understanding of identity and access management principles, including:
Privileged Access Management (PAM)
Access Request Management
Privilege Elevation and Session Recording
ServiceNow Integration
Access Control Models and Policies
Hands-on experience in creating automated workflows using ServiceNow.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex issues and propose effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and gather requirements effectively.
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Solution-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Experience working in agile environments and familiarity with agile methodologies.
Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Understanding of IAM regulations and standards.
Experience integrating CyberArk with ServiceNow.
Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, ECBA, CCBA).
Experience with business process modeling and tools such as Adonis or Visio.
