The Enterprise Business Unit (EBU) works collaboratively with engineers, customers, and other teams to deliver projects in various domains, including SDWAN, WAN MPLS IPVPN networks, and shared firewalls.
Position Overview: As an SDWAN Network Engineer, you will join a team of experts responsible for (SD)WAN and security solutions, with a specific focus on SDWAN. You will operate in both national and international contexts, contributing to innovative and challenging cross-discipline technologies while benefiting from extensive training and professional growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Validate designs and solutions related to (SD)WAN, engaging with presales and success managers.
Consult with customers on (SD)WAN solutions, recommending improvements where necessary.
Implement (SD)WAN solutions as per customer agreements and conduct required performance tests.
Plan, create, and execute migration documentation, including scenarios, actions, and responsibilities.
Manage change requests and incident tickets, including conducting root cause analysis as needed.
Collaborate with engineering teams and senior colleagues in other technology areas to deliver integrated solutions.
Perform remote and on-site interventions during and outside business hours.

Technical Knowledge:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in WAN (MPLS, IPVPN) and/or SD-WAN networks, with knowledge of vendors such as Fortinet and Meraki.
Experience in network security is advantageous, particularly with firewall vendors like Palo Alto and Fortinet.
Additional Requirements:
Fluency in French (written and spoken).
Good knowledge of English and Dutch (written and spoken).
Willingness to provide support outside of regular business hours and participate in an on-call rotation.
