Job Context:As a Senior NLP/LLM/AI Expert, you will be part of the Customer Care Chapter within the Consumer & Business Unit, collaborating with various designers. You will also engage in a Guild dedicated to sharing NLP expertise and insights. Your primary focus will be on the Digital Assistant Squad, a multidisciplinary and agile team responsible for developing and enhancing chatbot and voice assistant solutions for sales and after-sales contexts.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and design NLP models for chatbots and voice assistants.

Continuously optimize models to enhance bot accuracy and efficiency.

Detect issues and conduct exhaustive debugging.

Collaborate with conversation designers to improve bot logic, refine intents and entities, and optimize conversational flows.

Conduct A/B testing to validate model outputs and improvements.

Strategic & Advanced AI Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a strategic vision for large-scale NLP and LLM models.

Design, iterate, and test effective prompt strategies to optimize AI-generated responses.

Develop context-aware conversational AI solutions using best practices in prompt engineering.

Collaborate with data scientists and engineering teams to integrate NLP models, aligning AI capabilities with business objectives.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP, LLM fine-tuning, and generative AI technologies.

Document model performance, prompting libraries, and best practices for AI-driven bot conversations.

Provide training, mentorship, and clear processes to NLP designers, elevating the team's expertise in NLP methodologies, LLM, and generative AI solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Advanced experience in NLP, LLMs, and generative AI, with a strong understanding of their capabilities and limitations.

Expertise in prompt engineering and optimizing AI-generated responses.

Strong mentorship skills to upskill the current team.

Proven experience working on chatbots and conversational AI.

Understanding of A/B testing methodologies, fine-tuning techniques, and model evaluation metrics.

Basic knowledge of AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI), cloud platforms (e.g., Azure), and AI deployment best practices.

Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel.

Experience with Dialogflow.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to communicate AI solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Excellent writing skills in Dutch or French (preferably both) and English.
