Overview
We are seeking a Senior IT Systems Administrator for our client, a leading company in the Financial Sector. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years (or more) of proven experience in a similar position, coupled with a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills. This role requires a proactive, customer-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, Agile-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and manage Windows Domain & Systems (servers and workstations).
Perform Active Directory management and implement Group Policy Objects (GPO).
Handle system administration for Windows operating systems, including Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
Support deployment processes; knowledge of tools like SCCM is an advantage.
Oversee virtualization technologies, particularly VMware administration.
Utilize PowerShell for automation and system management tasks.
Monitor and troubleshoot network issues with a strong understanding of TCP/IP.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile framework.
Ensure proper system documentation and handle occasional weekend work or on-call schedules.

Familiarity with deployment tools such as SCCM (preferred).
Solid understanding of networking and TCP/IP protocols.
Experience with VMware administration and PowerShell scripting (key requirements).
Proficiency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.
Education
University degree in IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
