Mission Overview
The energy transition brings significant challenges, especially with the anticipated rise in electricity consumption among directly connected customers and distribution system operators (DSOs). Close collaboration with DSOs in areas such as grid development, flexibility, and operational management is essential.

As Key Account Manager (KAM) DSO, you will support senior KAMs in their daily tasks and strategic projects. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
Grid Development and Technical Analysis

Assist the Key Account Manager in monitoring grid development projects.
Engage with clients to ensure technical requirements align with contractual agreements.
Digitization of Processes

Take the lead in transforming existing processes into a digital, user-friendly environment.
Act as the bridge between commercial and IT teams.
Handling Client Requests and Complaints

Support the Key Account Manager by addressing client needs promptly and effectively.
Provide tailored advice, information, and solutions.
Client Data Management

Ensure client records are accurate and complete.
Update information in relevant systems and share it with appropriate departments.
Requirements
Educational Background:
At least 2 years of experience as a civil, industrial, or business engineer.
Professional Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the energy sector.
Skills:
Strong customer orientation with the ability to identify stakeholder needs and translate them into clear, practical solutions.
Proficiency in Dutch and French; English is an asset.
Independent, with proven experience in the energy sector.
