Mission Context:
Our client in the Banking Sector is looking for a Business Analyst to join their CCE-I tribe (Digital Channels & Customer Experience for the individual market). The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring stakeholder value creation throughout the agile life cycle by:

Providing expertise and coordination in the Epic study and refinement process.

Gathering, analyzing, and challenging the needs of a diverse set of external and internal stakeholders.

Consolidating and standardizing stakeholder requirements into inputs for delivery teams while considering technical and process constraints.

Ensuring end-to-end value in the delivered solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, challenge, and consolidate pain points and requirements from a wide range of stakeholders, gaining deep expertise in the subject matter.

Work closely with relevant experts to support and challenge product concept definition, detailed processes, and conceptual and functional architecture.

Engage with external and internal end-users to validate needs and pain points, in collaboration with the UX researcher and in support of the (Cluster) Product Owner.

Contribute to Opus and Feature slicing, applying the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) concept, and assist the (Cluster) Product Owner with backlog prioritization and refinement.

Define acceptance criteria for Opuses and Features under their responsibility.

Collaborate closely with the (Squad) Product Owner and development team to ensure all necessary information is available during Feature refinement.

Provide support during business and user testing and assist in organizing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) when applicable.

Support the Change Manager and Go-To-Market Manager in preparing change and market entry activities.

Monitor the success of new solutions using KPIs and recommend improvements to be added to the Cluster or Squad backlog.

Language Requirements:

English: Strong written and spoken communication skills (corporate language in CCE-I tribe).

French: Strong written and spoken communication skills (a plus).

Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills (a plus).

Education & Certification:

Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Certification in Business Analysis and Project Management Methodology is required.

Location & Travel:

Office located at Montagne Du Parc, 3, 1000 Brussels.

Required Experience & Knowledge:

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

Technical Experience:
Mandatory:

Proficiency in Business Analysis methods & techniques, such as:

Elicitation techniques

Impact mapping

Story mapping

Design thinking

Strong expertise in MS Office.

Good understanding of IT and testing processes.

Preferred:

Experience in process management.

Business Experience:
Mandatory:

Financial services and banking experience with a focus on digital journey definition and implementation within customer channels, ideally in the domain of payments.

Strong understanding of workflow processes and business architecture.

Project experience in large companies.
