Job Description
We are recruiting a Specialist SailPoint Engineer for our client in the Financial Sector. This role is part of the Chief Information Security Office (CISO), Identity and Access Management (IDAM) team. The IDAM team is responsible for implementing, operating, and managing all access to the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring individuals have the right access at the right time for the right reasons, while complying with rigorous security and compliance requirements.

As a Specialist SailPoint Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining SailPoint IIQ solutions to enhance identity and access management security. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess security risks, develop strategies, and implement solutions that safeguard critical assets and sensitive data.

Location Requirements
Candidates must be based in a country where our client has offices (Belgium, France, UK, Netherlands).
UK-based candidates will only be accepted if contracted through an accredited umbrella company.
On-site presence in Belgium is mandatory for at least 4 days per month.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage SailPoint IIQ solutions to meet security and compliance requirements.
Develop and maintain architectural design documents, including technical diagrams, process flows, and system configurations.
Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into SailPoint IIQ solutions and system configurations.
Conduct security assessments and risk analysis, identifying vulnerabilities and implementing remediation strategies.
Monitor and maintain the SailPoint IIQ infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and scalability.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the SailPoint IIQ infrastructure.
Collaborate with IT operations, network security, and compliance teams to ensure security initiatives align with regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) deployment and engineering.
Strong expertise in SailPoint IIQ, especially in integrating it with critical applications within the organization.
Experience in designing, developing, testing, and troubleshooting custom system/application connectors within SailPoint IdentityIQ.
Scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell).
Ability to make source code-level changes and hands-on experience with J2EE development, databases, Java, Bean Shell/JavaScript.
Experience integrating SailPoint with security tools, such as SIEM and PAM solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies and working in a multi-cultural environment.
