About the Role:

Our client in the Financial Sector is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Customer Interactions Tribe. This role will focus on delivering business value by gathering, analyzing, prioritizing, and coordinating high-quality customer requirements. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will act as the bridge between the business and the squad (development and quality assurance), co-creating optimal designs and solutions to meet the expressed business needs.

This mission is centered around assisting with the delivery of functionalities on the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform and Conga CPQ (Configure Price Quote), with a focus on understanding the Sales & Services processes.

Responsibilities:

Lead the definition, analysis, validation, and maintenance of business requirements and processes for Business Development & Global Service IT projects, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs.
Ensure that non-functional requirements align with stakeholder expectations.
Validate proposed solutions for technical and business problems, ensuring compatibility with the current and future business environment while reconciling business requirements with technical solutions.
Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to clarify and gain agreement on business requirements.
Collaborate closely with development and quality assurance teams in an Agile working environment to co-create solutions.
Facilitate end-user demos and organize User Acceptance Testing (UAT) when needed.
Contribute to continuous improvement processes to maximize effectiveness in an evolving Agile environment, participating in squad activities and Agile ceremonies.
Update and maintain relevant documentation for new change requests.
Qualifications:

University degree or equivalent work experience.
At least 5-7 years of experience in business analysis and project development.
Experience with Salesforce platform and CPQ (Configure Price Quote) is required.
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Conga/Apttus is a plus.
Experience with Quote-to-Cash processes.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
Fluent in English.
A team player with a collaborative mindset.
Business case development, budgeting, and cost awareness.
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence is an advantage.
