Company Overview:Our client, a key player in the Energy Sector, is at the forefront of ensuring the reliability and sustainability of the electricity supply across Belgium and Germany. With a strong commitment to a green and reliable energy infrastructure, they are currently transitioning their SAP IT operating model to a product-oriented approach. As part of this transformation, they are seeking an experienced SAP IDM Developer with administration skills to support and develop their Group SAP IDM.

Role Overview:As an SAP IDM Developer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the Identity Lifecycle within the SAP IDM and SAP CIS (IAS/IPS) ecosystem. Working in a DevOps environment, your focus will be on the ongoing development, operation, and enhancement of the current SAP IDM solution. You will collaborate closely with the SAP Foundation & Security product team, functional analysts, and product owners to design, implement, and document new developments.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and support SAP IDM and SAP CIS alongside a team of external SAP IDM developers.

Plan and implement new developments based on business requirements.

Advise the product team (Functional Analysts/Product Owners) on requirements and best practices.

Develop and document technical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

In-depth technical expertise in SAP IDM & SAP CIS (IAS/IPS).

Strong understanding of the Identity Lifecycle and user access management.

Proficiency in Eclipse and other relevant development tools.

Experience in JavaScript programming for SAP IDM customizations.

Good knowledge of Git and version control.

Strong technical documentation skills.

Familiarity with JIRA for task and issue tracking.

Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Language Requirements:

Proficiency in English (mandatory).

Fluency in Dutch, French, or German is a plus.

Contract Details:

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: 31/07/2025 (possible extension)

Work Regime: Full-time

Location: Brussels (Sablon & Empereur buildings, near Central Station)

On-site requirement: 2 days per week in Brussels

Remote work: Up to 3 days per week

Travel: Occasional travel to Berlin (2-3 days, once or twice per year)

Additional Information:For non-EU candidates working in Belgium, compliance with local work permit requirements is mandatory.
