About the Role
Our client in the Insurance Sector is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to assist with the Windows 11 rollout across the organization. This role requires a medium-experienced profile with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Support the deployment and migration to Windows 11 across the company.
Provide technical assistance to end users during and after the transition.
Troubleshoot and resolve installation and compatibility issues.
Ensure proper configuration, security settings, and software compatibility.
Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure a smooth transition.
Document processes and provide user training if required.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or similar roles.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, particularly Windows 11.
Experience with software deployment and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policies, and IT security practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.
Language Requirements
Fluency in French and English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
