Lead Change and Communications Manager

About the Role

Our client in the financial sector is seeking a Lead Change and Communications Manager to drive change initiatives within its Technology Platform environment (operations, platform, tooling, and security). You will play a key role in digital transformation projects, such as Zero Trust Security, DevSecOps/Zero Touch Deployment, Hybrid Hosting, and more. Your mission is to ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption and maximum impact.

You will report directly to a member of the Management Team.

Key Responsibilities

Change Management Strategy & Implementation

Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Ensure that change initiatives are effectively integrated into the organization's workflows, minimizing operational disruptions.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

Collaborate with senior management, business unit leaders, project teams, and employees to communicate change objectives and manage expectations.

Foster a culture of open communication, active participation, and collaboration to support change adoption.

Translate technical concepts (e.g., Zero Trust Security, DevSecOps, Hybrid Hosting) into clear, structured documentation for different audiences.

Change Impact Assessment & Risk Mitigation

Conduct thorough change impact assessments to identify potential risks and challenges.

Develop mitigation strategies and action plans to minimize negative impacts on customers, employees, and operations.

Training & Change Readiness

Design and deliver targeted training programs to ensure teams are well-prepared to adopt new processes, systems, and technologies.

Use a variety of communication formats (written documentation, presentations, emails, training materials) to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

Monitoring, Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

Oversee the execution of change initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and resources are well-managed.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly update stakeholders on progress.

Identify and address resistance to change and develop strategies to maximize adoption.

Continuously evaluate change management approaches and refine processes based on best practices and emerging trends in the financial sector.

Your Profile

✅ Experience & Skills

5 to 10 years of experience in Change Management and digital transformation projects.

Proven ability to lead change initiatives in financial services and navigate industry-specific challenges.

Strong project management skills, with experience handling multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence all levels of the organization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and hands-on execution skills.

Technical communication expertise to document and translate IT changes for various audiences.

✅ Education & Certifications

Master's degree in IT, Business, Management, Communication, or equivalent experience.

Change management certification (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) is highly desirable.

Proficiency in change management software and methodologies.
